Provide support to our internal advisors, customer service to clients and their employees.
Problem Solving – employees of our clients will ask why a claim was denied or if a service might be covered. You will help our clients navigate through their benefits plan and help them find the answers they need
Work with the sales team to commit to the overall success of our business
Administration Support – you will create valuable reports for clients showing benefits usage, plan renewal information and marketing information so they are fully informed on their plan and plan options.
Work with the advisor team to achieve overall success of the business.
Support your colleagues with their work during their vacation, times of heavy workload.
Our Ideal Candidate will have:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Work ethic that demonstrates you are service and results oriented
Ability to work both independently and as a team member in a deadline-driven environment
Strong computer skills using MS Office programs and can keyboard smokin’ fast
Knowledge of group insurance (ideally)
Experience in employee benefits administration (preferably)
