The week of May 3rd to the 9th is Mental Health Week and we have all been struggling with the “New Normal” over the last year and a half. When has a hug ever seemed so important? Those who weren’t tech savvy are becoming more so as the world has become more reliant on Skype, Zoom and FaceTime to keep us in touch, not only in our professional environments but in our personal lives as well.
We all need to know that there are people and places out there that can help us when we need it. Our family and friends can be a good sounding board, but sometimes we need more… whether it’s a discussion surrounding mental health or how to find professional help when life becomes too overwhelming, it’s OK to reach out for support.
Here are a few resources that may be of help if needed – stay safe & be well!
